We welcome you on an exciting journey to the heart of an olive-growing tradition that spans four generations, in the impressive PONS olive orchards, at L'Albagés!
Discover the PONS family tradition during a unique day of olive harvesting, in which you can explore the beauty of nature and experience the passion that has driven us on for generations.
The adventure will start at 10.00 a.m., so that you can enjoy the morning breeze and the peace and quiet. The timetable has been carefully selected to offer you a relaxing and enriching experience on our estate.

What it includes: Welcome and breakfast:
Meeting at the Clos Pons winery to go on foot to the olive groves. During the tour, we will discover the magic of the territory.
Afterwards, an energising traditional breakfast will give us the necessary strength to enjoy a day of olive harvesting.
Harvesting in olive groves:
Together with our team, we will head to the olive groves for the authentic olive harvesting experience.
We will learn traditional techniques while working in harmony with nature and harvesting olives.
Visit to the new mill:
After the exciting harvest, we will discover the heart of our production process. We will head to our new, modern mill, where we will explain how olives are transformed into the liquid gold that is extra virgin olive oil.
Oil tasting:
Our visit to the mill will culminate with an oil tasting experience under the guidance of the Pons team. We will discover the diversity of flavours and aromas offered by our premium oils.
Free time and shopping:
There will be time to explore and relax in the charming surroundings of Clos Pons. Our shop will be open for you to purchase our exclusive products and take a piece of the experience home with you.
