Nous découvrirons la culture qui unit depuis des siècles les générations de ce territoire baigné par le Sègre, la Garonne, les canaux d’Urgell, la Noguera Pallaresa et la Ribagorçana, générant une communauté de vie qui sait apprécier son passé et le mettre en valeur pour se projeter vers l’extérieur.
