On peut l’admirer lors du Rassemblement de Talló du lundi de Pâques, rendez-vous annuel des habitants de Bellver avec la tradition de leurs ancêtres à travers une danse nuptiale. Garçons et filles, jeunes hommes et jeunes filles, ainsi que quelques adultes, en couples liés depuis leur plus jeune âge, dansent devant Notre-Dame de Talló une corranda qui se répand telle une litanie dans toute la Cerdagne. Nous voici devant l’essence bien visible de Bellver. Au moment du Carnaval, le village abandonne la solennité au profit du Carnaval traditionnel avec la sortie dans les rues d’êtres mythologiques qui y distillent leur esprit ancestral.  Le village réaffirme sa défense de la culture de montagne à la Foire de Sant Llorenç, qui chaque dix août remplit la place médiévale à arcades de produits agroalimentaires du terroir. L’espace d’une journée, les pierres du centre historique s’imprègnent des arômes que dégagent les fromages, saucissons et autres produits élaborés dans l’intimité des ateliers de chaque village.  Dans cette ambiance de marché historique, Bellver nous offre le Festival Trama des musiques de montagne d’Europe. La musique qui rapproche les peuples emplit les places, les rues et autres recoins de cet écrin naturel pendant une semaine inoubliable. Au mois d’octobre, avec le calme que l’automne ramène à la vallée, Bellver s’implique pleinement dans la Foire agricole et son concours morphologique de vache brune des Pyrénées. Les familles les plus anciennes de Cerdagne s’y concentrent pour reprendre l’air historique de la hiérarchie agricole. On revit la dévotion pour les animaux lors des fêtes de la Saint-Antoine de Bellver et Prullans.
