Although it is not very abundant anywhere in the Lands of Lleida, it has a presence from the Lleida plain to the foothills of the Ebro valley, and also up towards El Montsec, the Tremp basin, and the La Segarra plateau. The species is increasing in numbers, as is the area that it occupies throughout Catalonia.
