Monument route, Torrebesses

We propose a route to discover the different monumental spaces of Torrebesses and the links that some of them have with the landscape and the rural heritage associated with olive oil. We will visit the spaces of the Centre for Interpreting Dry-Stone Constructions and the points of interest in the village, including a guided visit to the silos and façades of Casa Gort, Casa Oró and the local council building. The activity includes a visit to the new church and also to the Romanesque-style church of Sant Salvador, which has been declared a Cultural Item of National Interest and has a Gothic-style altarpiece belonging to the Lleida School; this is the only example of its kind in this comarca (local district).
